A beautifully crafted, low-sugar aperitivo made without added alcohol, coloring, caramel, or shortcuts—just organic wine infused with dried botanicals and fresh orchard fruit. Each plant is extracted separately at different temperatures, then blended into a seamless, aromatic whole. Wild chamomile, cherry, and black cherry lead the profile, balanced by gentle bitterness from thyme, marjoram, elder roots, and traditional botanicals like chincona, elderflower, gentian, sandalwood, and wormwood. Produced just once a year when the fruit is in season. Serve chilled on its own or use as a refined base for cocktails.
