About This Wine
Jura, France. Gamay. Organic.
A joyful, feather-light Gamay with bright red berries, cherries, soft florals, silky tannins, and that zesty snap we love. Made from Beaujolais fruit sourced by Géraud Fromont (of Marnes Blanches) after several tiny Jura harvests, this cuvée is whole-cluster fermented, aged ten months in a 600L barrel, and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfur. A playful side project that shows the Fromonts’ touch: pure, lifted, and endlessly drinkable.
