Sourced from 40+ year-old Tempranillo vines planted in chalky-clay soils at 500–600 meters, this Rioja is classic La Rioja Alta elegance from start to finish. Grapes are hand-selected, transported in refrigerated boxes, and vinified using the traditional Bordeaux model before aging two years in American oak—one year in new barrels and one in used. Manually racked four times by candlelight, the result is a beautifully refined wine with aromas of ripe red fruit, strawberry jam, cocoa, vanilla, and caramel. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins, lively acidity, and a long, persistent finish echoing strawberry, cocoa, and sweet spice. A true Rioja Alta hallmark: polished, expressive, and endlessly drinkable.
